    Take up racketball.

I just played my 1st league game, played the #3 ranked in BC (I'm a nub at this game) and just got fucking OWNED. Point being, by the end of the 45 minutes, I was beyond exhausted. I have never felt like that after doing 45 mins of cardio. And most racketball cardio is HIIT too!

I'm looking forward to my 2 games a week! :wiggle:

    Probably, but my gym doesn't have a boxing ring, it's a Gym/Racket center. 10 courts of racketball/squash.

The important thing is just mixing it up. I play raquetball and basketball for cardio sometimes, but I also like to do jump rope, swim, run, and ride my bike. When I run Ill do it outside and in the woods if I can. Up hills, jump over shit, climb up rocks. About 1000 times better than a fucking treadmill or some bullshit.

I usually do cardio on the treadmill (running outside hurts), rows (good excerise), and stairmaster. If it wasn't so cold outside, i'll probably play football (sprints) and tennis.

Get a punching bag and learn some kickboxing... full force bagwork at a fast pace is some of the most fulfilling cardio you can do. I didn't run for years but I did this quite frequently, then I decided to go for a jog the other day and I ran a mile before I even felt vaguely tired. Back in high school I'd be tired as shit after a mile, and I ran every day!

I also hear wrestling is really good cardio when you've got the constant resistance going.

Try throwing 20 full force punches and 20 full kicks to a 100 lb bag in a minute and tell me you aren't tired.

    I rarely actually do cardio.

My exercise typically stems from basketball/martial arts/boxing/rock climbing.

I am considering taking up racketball though. I just need to find a fellow player.

I've got a heavy bag in my basement to change shit up.

Also, in the summertime, singles tennis is the shit for cardio.
