anyone ever had to deal with this?

I'm a 22 year old guy, in decent shape.. I look like I am in good shape (my build is tall/skinny, but I think I look better than alot of people my height/weight.. I don't look skinny undressed, and have some muscle).I try to lift, but can't keep on a set schedule because I am tired all the time... It's not because of working out, because I've gone a few weeks without working out, and I am still tired.. I eat relatively good food (not exactly the best foods, but i rarely eat fast food) I try to get in the habit of lifting and I can't stay on it, because of this condition.. I work graveyard shifts and sleep during the daytime, but that shouldn't affect me, since I've felt better than this while working nights before..

anyone have any suggestion? let me know if you need more info..

I'm actually really energetic all the time since I eat a hyper caloric diet. Its like my body wants to automatically burn off the extra calories so I move around more.

 Low testosterone is definately something to eliminate / check into... even if it's only temporary.

I feel you man, I have MS which causes bouts of extreme fatigue during attacks, I find that cramming yourself full of nutrition has a positive effect on it. I've also had some good results supplimenting l-carnitine which can help fatigue.

You might want to do some digging into the underlying cause though. You shouldn't be so tired if you're getting good rest and nutrition.

ha, I actually kinda think the same thing...for a while I thought I had chronic fatigue syndrome or something, but I think its more just me being lazy, not being active as far as day to day stuff, etc

I'm in the same boat, I think it's caused from a moderately low test level.

You're not just working and going straight to bed are you? I go after work sometimes, it's not hard.

Could be depression... like a minor case of it.. I'm not about to slit my wrists, but I'm not exactly happy right now.. I'm also not as active as I should be, bu I don't raelly haev much to do.. I guess I should find some hobbies that make me go outside more.. That may be part of the problem.. I'm planning on going part time at work for school/better schedule, and hopefully being out more/not working graveyards will help me get out of this slump...

What would be symptoms of low testosterone? I have a really high sex drive, although I'm not sure if that would be affected..

    My schedule:

Wake up between Noon and 4pm, go to work at either 6 or 10pm (4 days a week), get off at 6am and sleep..

I haevn't been doing a whole lot lately, as working nights/weekends doesn't really give me alot to do.. :sad2: It's also sort of hot in my apartment alot of the tiem.. I think that may make me more sleepy/tired..

being awake all night like that will def fuck with your natural circadian rhythms and give you all sorts of problems, including feeling tired and depression. I'd def try to switch off the night shift. Also, a good B-complex supplement will give you an energy boost.
