anyone ever had to deal with this? I'm a 22 year old guy, in decent shape.. I look like I am in good shape (my build is tall/skinny, but I think I look better than alot of people my height/weight.. I don't look skinny undressed, and have some muscle).I try to lift, but can't keep on a set schedule because I am tired all the time... It's not because of working out, because I've gone a few weeks without working out, and I am still tired.. I eat relatively good food (not exactly the best foods, but i rarely eat fast food) I try to get in the habit of lifting and I can't stay on it, because of this condition.. I work graveyard shifts and sleep during the daytime, but that shouldn't affect me, since I've felt better than this while working nights before.. anyone have any suggestion? let me know if you need more info..
