Tired after meal

    I'm pretty much always tired after my lunch and dinner. Why is this? To much food?
    I don't think it has anything to do with the food itself. I just eat whole wheat pasta, lots of vegetables, lean meat, chicken etc, nothing unhealthy.

    Thats normal. I believe blood rushes to your mid section to help digest food (someone correct me if I am wrong). As long as it is short(1hr or less) I wouldn't worry about it.

    i feel the same way. i try to eat at least 1hr prior to working out if its a big meal. Your body is using all its' energy to digest the food.
