Sleep about 7-9 hours per night. Lift 1-2 hours 4 days a week, run on two of my off days. Eat all my fruits, veggies, whole grains, proteins...all that good shit...

And yet, I'm still tired throughout the day. I took a two hour nap 3 hours after I woke up today after having slept for 8 good hours. And I'm still tired right now...wtf is wrong with me?

might be overtrained... might have aids.

Take a week off and up your cals. If you don't feel better... get some blood work done.

Took a week off last week.

Don't think I'm overtraining. It's a pretty standard upper/lower routine. Consists of 4 compound movements and 2 isolation with varying degrees of reps and sets. Ab work thrown in here and there. 10 minutes of light cardio after lifting.

    incline bench 3x5
    seated row 3x5
    db flat bench 3x8
    db bent-over row 3x8
    laterals 3x10
    incline db curl 3x10

    deadlift 3x5
    one-legged squat 3x5
    leg curl 3x8
    hyperextensions 3x8
    standing calf 3x10
    hammer curl 3x10

    weighted dips 2x15
    pullups 2x15
    shoulder press 3x8
    pulldown 3x8
    skullcrushers 3x10
    preacher curl 3x10

    power clean 3x5
    front squat 3x5
    leg press 3x8
    rack pulls 3x8
    seated calf raises 3x10
    reverse bb curl 3x10

Sometimes a week isnt enough time off for some folks, I like to take 10-14 days when I take time off.

your routine doesn't have to be crazy to get overtrained. I train 4x a week with 3-5 exercises. And if I don't break every 4 weeks, I'd be fucked.

when was the last time you took a break from EVERYTHING... no running and no lifting?

no... if you are still improving and not feeling run down and beat up its not really something to be terribly concerned with.

However, it might be useful to plan out a break or deload week sometime soon

Might be overtraining. Get a week off and see what it does.
If you're still tired, it might be something else.
Maybe low-iron level (anemia). To check that, just get tested. If you don't have insurance of whatever, I get tested every time I donate blood, you could try that.
Maybe it's a sleep problem like insomnia or sleep apnea (not sure of the names in English). You'd have to see a specialist about it.
It could be mononucleosis too. If it's that, you could see a doctor and maybe get some days off work/school because you can't do much but rest a month.
