Sleep about 7-9 hours per night. Lift 1-2 hours 4 days a week, run on two of my off days. Eat all my fruits, veggies, whole grains, proteins...all that good shit... And yet, I'm still tired throughout the day. I took a two hour nap 3 hours after I woke up today after having slept for 8 good hours. And I'm still tired right now...wtf is wrong with me?
