bfg at/ta's are the best best for moar on road than off road, but still can go off road, stellar snow and ice qualities.

only tire i run on my 3 jeeps

only tire all the service trucks that work the logging roads/mines out here.

youll get 60,000+ miles out of them, too

I have BFG's land terrains on my truck. Aside from being $120 for 265/75/16's they arent good tires. The tread pattern looks exactly the same but thoes look like they have more bite on the edges. My land terrains have crappy traction in anything moderately slippery.

But i live in FL. I dont know jack about snow/ice driving.

BFG all terrains are a popular tire for a reason. great look, great traction, great tread wear, and not an unreasonable price. they will last that lightweight SUV some time too.

thank you for buying tires at wally mart. tread design might be similar, but what it comes down to is what you cant see. the heavier construction and better compound makes the AT KO worth money.

    :hsugh:

My Uniroyal Liberator A/T's do just fine for the same price. More tread bite and almost as quiet. They dont squeak around corners when the LSD decides it wants to work, either.

    1.) Your'e and asshole

    2.) You're an idiot

BFG and Uniroyal are made by the same company...Michelin. The Liberator series are fantastic tires.

    gaythxbi

Why on gods green earth would anyone pay $100 more per tire for minimal ammount of extra offroad performance if they arent going to use it?

That's like saying you best get top of the line, Z rated coopers or Yokahamas for your stock civic type R that you might drive kinda rambunctiously occasionally.

Oh, and nice. your only come back is "get a sub."
