Ugh so i tried out some Eagle One tire shine gel. Well even after whiping it off good after words it seems to splater a small amount onto the body of the car. Will this dry out over night so it doesnt do that anymore? or is there something im doing wrong.

I don't use gels specifically for that reason. Gels fling.

Tire foam works nice and I always take a rag and wipe the tires down for just that reason. Plus it makes the shine very consistent, instead of spotty.
