Giant ass hunk of rubber busted my balls. Not sure how much it weighs, the guy at the tire center said it was at least 400 (its 23.5"x ~5'8"), though I'm really just using this to work form. I didn't realize how important technique is for this, I got 3 flips my first time(more or less deadlifting it) to 15 this time (my 2nd time). Goddamn it's fun, my biceps are all bruised up from catching it, I can see why Chris says storngman training will never become popular. Any other tire flippers on here?
