I hate kickbacks...i think they should be a girl exercise only... It looks like your gettingrammed in the rear if you use too much weight or incorrect form which is 90% of the time.

    are you a space cadet?

you made a comment re: kickbacks and being banged in your ass. ("It looks like your gettingrammed in the rear")
Your bent over. just becauase your bent over doesnt mean its cornhole time. you spend time in prison maybe?

re: my correlation to good mornings, your even more bent over. get it now? even more bent over...

hmm, how about DB rows? exact same stance as kickbacks. crap, maybe we should just stop working out, for fear of the alien but bangers coming to get us.
    so, go, ugh yourself.

    :big grin:
    off my soapbox now.

from a bb perspective, kickbacks are good. :)

do you have some muscle fiber usage machine? you don't know whether they are good or not. Personally I like them because they isolate the tri very well, it might not help you powerlifters in any perspective, but it's a good shock for growth.

tate presses are the shit, son.

also try supersetting heavy dips with overhead extensions w/ a rope. tearing up the muscle at both ends.

I enjoy giant setting close grip bench, pushdowns, and extensions.

If you want some variation, do your CG benching with an e-z curl bar with your hands on the inside part.

All exercises have their roles and uses. With that said, there is a difference between what works and what is optimal. Why would you want to use your time and energy on exercise when there are other, much more effective ones?

    yup.
obviously compound movements are best, but id say pushdowns, extensions, and kickbacks, in that order, are great supplemental movements, and good for shape (i know, thats a foreign word here! lol)

:hsugh: I was just giving an example of a BBer who uses kickbacks since Natezilla decided they weren't any use from a BBing perspective. I don't do them nor do I follow any pro BBers routines.. :hsugh:
