Tips on Taking Mass Gainer?

    I'm taking the Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. You have to take 334G (two huge scoops) for a full serving which contains 1250 calories and 50g of protein. I'm having trouble drinking this stuff on a daily basis. I get a really full uncomfortable feeling after drinking just a half serving. You guys have any tips on how to take this stuff? I'm only on my 2nd day so does it get better the more you take it?

    This is basically my only option to gain weight. My schedule is so busy that I don't have time to prepare the amount of meals to get 3500-4000 calories.

    don't take that crap. It'll help you gain weight, but not the good kind. I was taking mass gainer when I first worked out and all I got was a little belly and no muscle. The primary ingredient is maltodextrin. A member here warned me of that stuff, so thanks

    [email protected] cals and only 50g of protein, wtf is in it? Just take normal whey protein with whole milk or something. Drink a gallon milk a day, eat pizza, kfc, etc

    you dont have time to mix protein powder with milk. make shit ahead of time

    milk
    whey
    peanutbutter
    icecream
    etc.

    I mix just one scoop with 16oz of milk. Otherwise it's like drinking toothpaste.

    yah i live out of a hotel during the week so its easy to make the shake. just mix with water. But food is a different story. I eat at a restaurant 3 times a day. I guess I could eat more at the restaurant but I have a hard time eating too much in one sitting.

    get a protein shake that is not a weight gainer muscle milk or some other mrp

    I honestly think that's a much better decision than taking some shitty weight gainer. Just eat more and take doggy bags with you so you can eat later.

    Just one. It's mainly to help in the morning because I'm not a big breakfast eater. It usually ends up being 800 calories which is still a big help. Then I have milk throughout the day and normally a regular protein shake in the evening.
