tips on stretching triceps?

    got any pics of any tips on how to strech triceps? when i bench over 200lbs, my left triceps start to hurt unless i stretch them out. i was wondering if there's other methods of stretching i can do. my right triceps is fine. :wtc:

    In a standing or seated position, flex the shoulder and bend your elbow to a point where your elbow is actually pointing straight up toward the ceiling. From here, take the opposite arm and pull the elbow even farther back until you get a pull in the back of your upper arm. Hold for 20 seconds and then repeat on the opposite side

    One day after lifting I had a lacrosse game to play and my triceps really hurt. I put my hands on my lacrosse stick and held the stick behind my head and asked my buddy to "stretch my triceps out"

    He just looked at me and laughed.

    one thing to add to ceaze's stretch, if while in the same position you also hold ur forearm and push it to ur bicep... it helps stretch the tricep more.
