try wrist wraps and make sure you put them on correctly.

you can use a higher bar position

or retracting your scaps more to create a shelf

    or wrist wraps

    this

my wrists could be hanging over the bar if they wanted to, they arent supporting any of the weight and are merely for ensuring the bar doesnt fly off my back when I NO-XPLODE up.

hands should be as close together as possible and elbows under the bar to help keep your torso upright

ive noticed my wrists hurting more and more lately when i squat heavy, i just wrap my wrists on heavy sets and it goes away. Wrists/grip makes a difference squatting

^^^ how much do you squat? Eventually when you start getting heavy your wrists are going to take some of the load especially with a low bar position

I always wrap up once I get past a certain point.

I don't have a problem with it... high bar, grip as close as you I get it, and I push my elbows back.

    Stop jerking off before squatting.

when i was younger (think jr. high) I used to use a wrist roller all the time since my dad had all sorts of shit like that for baseball, and people used to always accuse me of masturbating 24/7 since I had baseballs on my forearms

This is why your wrists aren't hurting.

    I wrap when I'm going low-bar + heavy..
