Ok all I have is a few 10lb. weights. (I'm a small girl) Anyways, I want some tips on how to tone my muscles (I don't want big muscles, just toned)...but I can't really afford to buy any equipment. Right now all I do is crunches, lift my weights and try to exercise my legs on the stairs....tip toes on the edge, then down, then repeat...(hard to explain) Any tips??
