I am not talking about sticking to a training regiment, I have no problem whatsoever with this. But, I am talking about sticking to a diet/cut regiment. It seems I lack the willpower to stick with my weightloss/cutting goals when it comes to food and the types of food I eat. I'll sound like a pussy, but for me it is really hard to not eat certain foods which are not going to help me accomplish my goals. I am curious how other people combat their cravings or caving in when trying to cut.
