My schedule keeps me from eating a full meal for 4 hours, and I find that my stomach will begin to growl after the 2-3rd hour. It's pretty damn embarassing, and even with some snacking (nutrigrain bars, quaker oats bars) I can't curb the problem. Is there anything I can take or specific foods I can snack on that will help?

I can drink something, but I'd rather not bring a shake around.

Well I can drink milk just fine, but I will fart up a storm. Not just any fart storm, but the foulest, noise-hair burning, toxic, weaponized-caliber farts known to man.
