A&P Tips and what to think of? v. taking pics of my cuz skating in a ice-skating rink

    Using a EOS 450D / XSi Rebel with Tamron 17-50 Lens.

    Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated :hs:

    I shouldn't use flash, right? :o

    You can use a flash and drag the shutter to get some motion with sharp subjects. Also, look for people standing still, you can do a slow shutter and have them static, that looks cool too.

    Drag the shutter = Slow shutter speed?

    I don't have a tripod :sad:
