    Keep your elbows in when doing tricep exercises. No one cares that you can do 20 more lbs with fucked up form.

    I wouldn't say tip of the year, but it seems to be something that many people forget

    ive been training mine with my elbows out, atleast top end work

    im doing more of a flaring bench now, it along with food and low end training has added 20-25lbs on my bench in 1-2 months

    I find the more I have my elbows out the more the outer head of my tri's get worked, I think it just depends on what your lookin to get out of any one excercise.
