PRO makes a glass polish (prowax.com)

Also heard of people using barkeeper's friend.

AutoInt.com has instructions on how to polish glass with a rotary and some of their products. Not sure if it's on their webpage or not though.

Need to be carefull polishing glass as if you take too much off or do it unevenly, then you can get a fish bowl effect.

You want to use Cerium Oxide Glass Polish, you don't want to get the glass hot at any point also windshields should only be lightly polished to take out micro scratches. Taken out heavy to med. scratches can be a safetly issue on windshields, best to buy a new one
