ok I just got moved over to comcast in teh last week from timewarner.

I was sending a security log from my netgear router to a gmail accout.

After i updateded the information in the router from teh timewarner smtp to the comcast smtp, i stoped recieveing emails.

Any ideas what happen? i have one, that teh new server needs to be authinacted to send and my router doesn't allow me to set that up at this time.

Any ideas on a smtp server that i can piggyback off of or a fix for my router?

god and I though TW was gay, but Comcast takes the cake, the switch over has totally sucked, and Ive got a bad feeling its only going to get worse

and the really sad part is, the cable in Houston has gotten worse and the DSL hasnt gotten any better

its all two big steps in reverse

I thought DSL in texas was good? Outside of houston I've heard of 5-10Mbps DSL.
