Timed Carb Diet...

    Just read the article that was linked in another thread, by Timberwolf...

    I want to write out the jist of it, and I have a few questions....

    Stats: 184lbs 5'10"

    Ok, you carb-up (dextrose) post work out, and consume fats throughout the day, so that your protein stores aren't converted to carbohydrates. 2 carb-up days as well, and this is following a normal training regimine of 3-4 days of training. Breakfast should consist of fats, and no more than 6-8 carbs..

    What are some good fats and amounts to be taken? I'm pretty oblivious to what are some got sources of fats, just Omega-3's, nuts, etc.

    Can someone lay this program out it layman's for me? I don't expect to be successful the first try, just at least get things recorded and organized.
