During the week 1am-8am, generally. On the weekends, depends.
Between 12 and 1 AM. Alarm is set for 7:20 AM, i'm lucky to be out of bed by 7:40.
I need to sleep more.
6:30AM wake up
I need to sleep more....zzzz
when i workout i go to sleep around 12am and wake up at 9
non-workout, 12-3 am wake up around 2 pm
weekends are whatever
my sleep schedule is fucked up.
sleep: between 3 and 6am
up: between 12 and 4pm
generally around 9 hours of sleep or I feel like shit
i can't even function if i don't get 9
well, friday i slept from 1am-2am, then 7am-3pm
saturday i slept from 6pm-8pm then 4am-1pm
sunday i slept from 8pm-8am
monday i slept 2am-12pm
yeah... fuck that shit
on friday i was awoken at 2am by my gfs friend. my gf had to go to the ER, she fell off 6 stairs up, headfirst into a concrete floor. she had a bump the size of a golfball on her forehead. a bunch of cuts and bruises on other places (below her eye, chin, hip, upper lip). I was at the ER with her until 630am, took us home and crassssshed, then took a mid day nap, hence the gay sleep cycle for the last few days.
between 9:30pm and 10pm to go to bed, wake up at 5am
i need to get to bed earlier
Bout 1 am and alarm is set for 7:45 am on week nights. Weekends it just depends.
sleep at 1am and wake up at 7 20
ZMA + Melatoin (sp?) at like 11, and wake up at 7 with more Energy than I have ever had. Unlees Im studying for Finals then its EC at like 1am go to test, pass out after test
im lucky if i get 6 hours of sleep i cant imagne 9
sleep around 11.30pm up about 6.45am
i nap for an hour on schedule at 5:15.
nighttime i get about 5hrs 12-5, then about 30mins to get out of bed.
saturdays and sundays i'm bed-ridden except to eat and use the can.
12-745 or so weekdays,
1,2 -9-10 on weekends
wake up 10-12pm
I really need 8 hours a night
but usually it's like 6-9-4-6-9 or some shit
sleep around 2-3am
wake at 12noon...sometimes eariler to hit the gym upon waking up
not getting enough sleep can ruin my day
I usually crash on my couch for an hour or so in the afternoon. I sleep from midnight to 7 am most days.
Go to sleep at 10:30, wake up at 6:40.
