I am about 5'11", 25 years old. January 1, 2009 I weighed 165. Today I weigh 146. I run 5 miles a day, and lift 4 days a week. My main goal is to get very low body fat - and get a flat six pack by the end of 2009. I have kind of been watching what I eat - but not good enough. After work today, I am going to the groccery store and beginning my healthy eating habits. I am going to try to do the 5 small healthy meals a day routine. Any pointers you guys want to give me before I begin? It would be greatly appreciated. I kind of regret not taking before pictures, because so far ive made really good progress. i mainly want a runners body, but i want to be a bit more toned then a lot of them are. i drink a protein shake after working out every day. anything else i should be doing? i focus on one area each day of lifting.
