Time to start lifting again

    So basically I really haven't lifted since July.:hsugh: Football started and I pulled my peck, all right. So I stopped benching. Then I got cut in my knee and messed it up during two-a-days. Basically the first time I actually touched a weight was Oct but that was only medium squats/bench.

    So today:

    Deadlifts
    225x5x3 Really light but my hamstrings felt like they were cramping.

    Bent over BB row-
    135x8
    145x8x2

    Power Good Mornings (First time I've ever done GM, I saw them off the youtube video of that Oly lifter)
    135x5
    145x5
    185x5x2

    Incline DB Press
    55x8
    55x10x2 (I felt so weak, they weren't heavy, but I got fatigued quickly)B

    Bent over on bench DB Row:
    50x8
    65x8
    75x8

    GHR:
    BWx1 my hams cramped up

    Single Legged Hamstring Curls:
    67.5 x 5 (Pretty shittily)
    55 x 5 (Just caleld it quits:wtc:)

    Some shitty attempts at pull ups

    DB Curls:
    40x8x2

    Neck Stuff
