time to get healthy again....

    I totally let go for a year & a half now :wtc: I gained atleast 40lbs :eek3: Im about 190lbs now from 150lbs. I just moved to l.a. and I can't stand this fatness anymore...so I joined 24 hour fitness last night and Im going to own my body again :bowdown: :bowdown:

    OT helped me before...lost 30lbs and now Im going to lose this 40 :x:

    It was soo fucked up too...i'd go to a buffet resto atleast once a week. Eat the fattest of the fattiest food. You know it's bad when I feel like throwing up after seeing a wendy's commerical featuring a 3 patty burger.

    185lbs....alot of people was telling me i looked like my bestfriend (he's fat) so it prompted me to lose weight HAHAHAHAHA

    All the fat is around my waist so diet & cardio is very very very important.

    btw..where do you guys buy your supplement over the net? I only remember bodybuilding.com I forgot the site where one of the ot member owns....

    Diet and cardio and very important for losing fat but so is reistance exersice (i.e. lifting weights). It does to things for you; tells your body to not shed muslce mass while in a calorice deficet and it raises your metabolism thus speeding up weight loss.

    you live in LA? go to costco and stock up on some healthy foods
