Ok, I think it's time for a routine change. I'm currently cutting.

    Here's my current routine:
    Day 1: Chest
    3x4-6 Flat Bench press
    3x6-8 incline flyes
    3x6-10 dumbell press
3xfailure(approximately 12-15 reps) non weighted dips

    Day 2: Back
    3x3-5 Deadlift
    3x6-8 Bent Over BB row
    3x6-8 Lat pull down
    3x6-8 single arm dumbell row

    Day 3: Off

    Day 4: Arms
    3x6 Shoulder dumbell press
    3x6-8 seated arm curls
    3x6-8 skull crushers
    3x6-8 side lateral raises
    3x6-8 hammer curls
    3x6-8 tricep pull down
    then misc shoulder movements

    Day 5: Legs and Traps
    3x6-8 Squat
    3x6-8 Leg Extensions
    3x6-8 Leg Curls
    3x8-12 Standing calf raises
    3x6-8 side dumbell shrugs
    3x6-8 barbell shrugs

    Day 6: off

    Day 7: REPEAT

Any suggestions to better my routine? change it up totally? any feedback appreciated. Thanks.

Is it more beneficial to do a 3 day split? I have always done a 5 day program, and my current workout consists of:
    Mon: Chest
    Tues: Back
    Wed: Arms
    Thurs: Legs
    Friday: Shoulders
    Sat: Off
    Sun: Off
The reason i have never done a 3 day split is that I love working out, and feel bad if i don't go a day.

Id move shoulders to their own day, and maybe move tri's over with chest and bi's with back. The second part depends on personal preference and what you feel works good for you.
