First time i pulled my lower back was about 1.5 years ago, on a clean and jerk (learning the exercises for the first time on non Olympic weights). Second time about 6 months ago trying a stretch timberwolf was doing in one of his videos. (Opening stretch) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsgIUX9k3Hk&feature=channel_page I went right into it and instantly something snapped, wasn't near as bad as original pull though. Thought I'd try the stretch again yesterday till i felt the slightest stretch and take it slow... well I pulled my lowerback again Have anyone else tried this stretch? I'm going to have to let it go, looks good but I fail so.. .
