    well..i'm new to working out and so i'll try to do this so i can stay committed.

    Monday:
    bench:
    95lbs 10x1
    105lbs 8x1
    125lbs 6x1
    135lbs 4x1 (sometimes 2 sets but not recnetly.i'm always tired from work now. like some times 10+hrs)

    bicep curl
    3 sets of 8-10 w/ ez curl bar w/ 15 lbs each side.

    dumbell bench
    35lbs@ 10x2
    incline
    same

    calf raise on smith
    55lbs on ea. side and i do 15x 2 sometimes 3

    seated leg press(w/ nothing on it its 80lbs)
    260 15x2
    310 15x2

    abs
    i lift legs up and do:
    25 to the front
    25 to the sides
    25 to front.
    i weight 170-180(more closer to 180 now a days) and i'm 6' and i do all that M W Sa


    i want to get bulked up too 190-200? and bench 205+

    i'm very aware of the lack of(missing) shoulder, back and other excersies. i don't konw any. so if you got some can u put some realistic weight and sets and reps on so i can do them?

    i just started last week and only did it mon. cuz of work and such
