someone brought me their daughter's mini and asked for help.

looks like the girl upgraded from tiger to leopard on a mini with a 60GB drive. apparently the install repartitioned her drive:

old partition (tiger, with all her data) - 46GB
    new partition (leopard) - 9.4GB

is there anything i can do to transfer the old stuff to the new partition (about 25GB of stuff) and make it one partition again...

...OTHER THAN put her data on an external drive, do a fresh install with a new single partition, then transfer her stuff back?
