    oh, and if you're wondering why all the wierd numbers, gym is mostly in kilos, which i've converted into lbs :hs:


    Short term goal is to bench my bodyweight :hsugh:

    Medium term goals is to bench 176x5, squat 264x5, and dl 308x5. Then, will start cutting to get rid of this gut i'm getting :hs:

    Long term goal is to stay healthy and injury free, and to keep pushing myself. I dont see going to the gym as a means to an end, I go because it gives me drive and energy, and helps me sleep better at night. A few years ago I was a fat blob with no muscle, and I cant believe how much happier i feel now. I just want to keep it up, and never be a fat slob again :bigthumb:

    I really need to start using my COC trainer more if i want to improve on my DL, my grip feels so weak at the moment... its definitely holding me back

    forgot to enter this day, remember it being alright though. did light squats with 70kg, dips with 20lbs extra

    then took a week off to go visit the parents for easter :hs:
