I am on week two of this program:

    http://musclemedia.com/training/hiit_table.asp

And I do not know if it is the cold outside or what but after I am done for the next few hours I have a 'tickle' aka feels like I need to cough or that I have some mucus in my upper lungs. Sort of feels like the feeling when you first smoke :420: or cigarettes.

Will this go away as I progress? Fucking shit sucks.

It's the cold weather. It's irritating the lining of your throat. Happens to me. I hate running so I never stayed with it but i'm sure if you keep going your body will adapt and get used to it.

Could easily be exercise induced asthma/bronchospasm.

    How bad is it?

  4. I get the same thing, it's from running in cold weather and breathing hard.
