Well, heres the deal. I'm 21 years old and male and ive got fat thighs and a fat ass. I don't workout but the rest of my body is pretty toned actually, Ive got decent pecs, abs etc...for some reason i store a lot of fat on these areas...kinda like a woman. it's pretty embarrasing for a young man to be built this way. I know there's no such thing as spot reduction but I was wondering if you guys had any advice at all. Foods to avoid etc...Supplements that could help. I plan on starting to run 3 times a week.
