Why the hell do some people feel the need the throw down the dumbbells when they are done? I could understand if you are up over the triple digits, But throwing down the 40’s 50’s WTF? I hate that. You just repped 40 pounds on flat bench stand up and put them on the ground. No need to throw them down or drop them. Anyway another gym etiquette rant post shit bs…. Oh yeah to add to that I also hate the clinking of dumbbells together also, just open your eyes and look up or in the mirror.
