doing a customized (half assed) version of carb cycling for 2 weeks now and more cardio. total calorie is at maintenance and refeed for exercise expenditures. thanks Elf.

Humiliation to ensue. I know my bi's are weaksauce. But i'm posting my first flex pic up ever. Does this mean i'm not a noob anymore?
