    What I'm on
    Isowhey complete
    Musashi Fat metabolizer with carnitine
    Fish oil tabs
    N.O. explode
    Endura sports drink

I'm up at 4am I ride 6-15 miles depending on what time I have to start work
Work 10hr shift (fairly labour intensive but with alot of breaks plenty of time to eat)
Home to my friends gym for 1hr to 2hrs depending on time. My mate owns all the equipment and he's a chef. My meals are set out for me.

My arms are up 3 inches, my waist is down from 40 to 37 my chest is up from 100 to 104
    A work in progress.

I must say to anyone thinking about doing this
GO TO A DOCTOR FIRST and get assessed.

Thanks guys, I know the pics are crappy. I'm very self conscious even now. I'll do my best to get some decent pics and to keep you up to date.

Pretty impressive so far. Out of curiosity, what did the doctor say when you saw him?

    Basically I was a wreck.
I had high blood pressure and was borderline diabetic. I had sleep apnea and my heart had an irregular beat. My cholesterol levels weren't too bad at least.
I had a stress test and a blood test to work on as a baseline.

He advised me about a CAPA machine which I declined.
He told me to stay away from Duramine, Gurana and caffeine based drinks (I asked him about N.O.Explode and was told to lose weight first which I did).

My best friend has always been fit so that afternoon I got him to write me out a diet and I went and bought a pushbike. The rest was pure sweat, blind stupidity and absolute determination.

Now I'm hooked, I can't not go to the gym or ride my bike.

    44 pound
    From 264 to 220.
Got a ton of loose skin especially on my neck and sides. Doc says I have two options.
Either have surgery or drink more, rehydrate and let it go back naturally. Once you get over 35 your skin starts to lose its elasticity.

My target weight is 198. Should be there around March all things going well.

4-6 times a day depending on work.

Breakfast: Oats or one slice of toast,no butter with honey, 4 egg whites. 2 Musashi tabs and Isowhey in 300ml water. 400ml endura.1 fish oil tablet.

Morning tea: Salad with either 100grams of turkey or shaved ham
    400ml endura.

Lunch: Green seedless grapes 2 or 3 bananas more endura or a gatorade

Dinner: 3 or four cruskits with either honey or peanut butter, some more fruit 2 musashi tabs and a fish oil tab. sometimes I might have a steak with potatoes and veges (once a week)

Sundays are my cheat day, I eat a bit of junk food on Sundays just to stay sane.

I'll snack on either fruit or cruskits during the day. As a rule I don't eat past 5pm.
My main meal is morning tea as my metabolism seems to process food quicker in the mid morning.

Is that morning bike ride on an empty stomach?

What does your lifting program look like?

The bike ride is on the tabs and Isowhey. Its short but very intense. I ride further on the weekends. I get home and eat then off to work.

My program is mainly a combination of resistance training, plank style workouts for the core and high rep medium weight upper body.

Youtube turbulence training for an idea on the resistance stuff.
My mate has freeweights a bench and a body sculpt machine that uses fibreglass rods instead of weights. We alternate between them.
We use what we have if we don't have a bigger weight we just do more reps.
Eventually I'll go join a proper gym but as I'm just starting this is working just fine for me.
My job involves lifting road signs so that helps as well. I also do plank and incline pushups and crunches at work if no ones around.

I'll go through and write a log if you want.
    More pics to come
Thanks for the interest guys, top stuff.
