Left handed AR's are overpriced and overrated

Get a cheap standard one. Chances are he wont notice any brass flying across his face.

Buy the upper and lpk from legal transfers and you can probably save $100 off your estimated price.

Stag Arms makes very nice rifles, I have a Left Handed Model 6L Super Varminter and really like it.

Chances are it's worth the extra $50 or whatever the difference might be to him to have a left handed rifle. It's not just the ejection port that's on the other side, but the charging handle as well. Left handed shooters usually reload with the left hand on the pistol grip and the right hand on the magazine.

Stag rh/lh upper price difference is only $30, won't be getting all 3 of those for $30 unless its crapco junk. Worth the extra price as long as he plans on keeping it.
