    Yeah that sounds about right for the front squat. That is about what we do in training four days a week: 5x5 or some variation at 70-78% throwing in stop squats sometimes, then go into doubles at 80-85%, than go about 95% for about 3-4 singles. Usually one day is "lighter" than the other three and one is "heavier" than the other three.

    Your legs become fucking solid. Since late July, I have put about 35 kilos on my 1 rep max (140). Hope to be at 170-180 by the end of the year.

    But, one thing about periodization to keep in mind. I assume you are not a competitive lifter, so periodization doesn't really work for the average joe who just wants to see gains and get stronger. These programs are designed with specific rest periods, as mentioned, because of competition and are geared towards a specific total in the clean and snatch.

    If you are not competing you might be better off "feeling out" these rest periods; continuing to go heavy and paying attention to how your body reacts and if you start showing signs of just being beat up. You may in fact be able to skip these rest periods if your body is feeling recovered between training sessions. Doing this allows you to train harder for longer periods of time, without having downtime, where you could actually be training hard and heavy.

    You can squat four days a week. Some upper body component/legs, some other upper body component/legs, etc....

    im going to stick deadlifts, snatches, cleans at the end of some of these days. plus some other stuff too depending how i feel
