Then probably not, if your diet isnt working after a few weeks, adjust.
Post your whole diet and im sure you will get more feedback.

I love whole milk when I'm trying to gain weight since it's pretty easy for me to put down a whole gallon in a day.:o

    Milk? MILK???

I understand that your supps have not come in yet but never EVER, EVER include milk in your diet. Man I'm pissed off now. Instead get some eggs, cold meat or something but NOT MILK. FUCK.

A lot of peoples have lactose intolerance. Even if they don't feel it, they can still be mildly intolerant which will lead to bloating, cortisol release and overall not feeling good.

Milk intake can increase the risk of acne.

Listen, LEAN people with very good insulin sensitivity and without any lactose intolerance might be able to handle milk, but most other people will have some drawback when using it on a regular basis.

A lot of people are content to do things 90%... I AM NOT! I always strive for perfection and I ask that my clients do too.

Milk, oats and getting less than 25g of bcaa every day = the explanation for the obesity epidemic. Let's not get started on ketchup and mustard.

Loosing body fat is usually nto a time I would drink most milk.

    Skim/supermilk is not bad.

Ding Ding! The only dairy I eat is cheese. When I eat yogurt, the next day, my training partners threaten to call the Department of Homeland security, because of the suspected biological weapons in my rectum...

I'm puffy as it is so I don't care about making it a little worse by adding carbs to my diet. I like the taste of milk and it goes well with food, so I drink 2-6 cups of it a day.
