It's definitely better than atrophy specific training.

read the whole routine... looks pretty solid, definitely will consider using it later on. I'm currently on 5 day repeat cycle:

-Day 1 Back, Day 2 Chest, Day 3 legs, Day 4 Shoulders/arms, day 5 rest, repeat.

Just cut out 1 day of rest this week, used to be 2 days on, day off, 2 days on, day off repeat. Been on it for almost 2 months now, pretty happy with it, all my lifts are up/weight is up. Getting like 10hours sleep a day + eating awesome and only working part time:bigthumb:. Soon as I get a full time job :)o) I'll probably switch to this for a more manageable workout. :hsugh:

I enjoyed the triphase training from Derek Charlebois:

    http://www.scivationbooks.com/triphase.htm

3 phases, 1st 3 weeks you increase sets, 3/4/5. 2nd Phase you go for a give number of reps each week, 6/4/2. 3rd phase you switch to a full body routine 3 days a week. Take a week off then rinse and repeat.

just glancing over the HST training schedule, and this is just a thought...

unless you have years of experience in the gym, doing one all out set of ten reps is not going to be enough for somebody to really get the work out of it. (such as the shoulder workouts) Unless you're Dorian Yates, or want to be, doing one balls out set may not allow somebody to push hard enough.

For me, not enough volume. Could work for some but I'm not a fan.
