I want to practice doing tricks with my gun, what type of gun would be ideal for practicing?
loaded hell ya!
Two single action revolvers with the hammers back.
no gun theyre all loaded but if you must a 1911 with the grip safety pinned and thumb safety off with a hair trigeer while cocked.
you are NOT Doc Holliday
I can spin an M1 rifle. My buddy did the silent drill thing in the Corp and taught me some stupid shit.
Or Johnny Ringo
Would you do that to a loaded gun?
If you want to impress people do so with proper and efficient gun handling capabilities and marksmanship. Not spinning a gun on your finger like a cowboy.
Treat ALL Guns like they are loaded. If you want to spin something on your finger pick up a basketball, not a gun.
spinning a glock would pretty much make the trigger safety useless
Awhile ago there was a post of a rapper who shot himself in the head doing just this.
a loaded one
my buddy in the marine corp told some story that when they were at the firearms range doing some practice they had an E4 spinning his gun like a cowboy around on his finger during the end of the day.
His CO and the range officer saw him and threw him in the brig for a day and he was demoted to an E2
so dont spin your damn gun
Gun spinning is retarded. If you insist on doing it, go buy a BB or airsoft gun that looks cool, and do it with that. It'll be cheap and if you drop it it wont matter.
ok i guees OT frowns on this
Rule #1: Keep finger off trigger
Rule #2: Keep finger off trigger
Rule #3: Keep finger off trigger, unless bad guy is in front of gun barrel. (or paper target, etc.)
did you really expect otherwise?
hope you shoot yourself
second the airsoft option
