I'm an Audi fan, but I find myself lying by saying that the RS6 is the hottest mid-size luxo out there. The competition is tough, but it holds it's own.

I know...crazy huh? I do agree with the points swedespeed, but we all have to agree the RS6 is in the top ten of the  est mid-size luxos out there.

I saw a forest green one the other day. Beautiful car. Audi has finally made the tired A6 platform look sexy and aggressive. I like it :bigthumb:

Too bad the forthcoming M5 will chew it up and spit it out like so much dead wood. ;)

When you see the car in person you'll be

Pics honestly do not do the car justice.

E39 M5 is still the daddy in my opinion, its just so close to perfection it hurts.

Failing that theres always the Lotus Carlton which held is still one hell of a fast car, and very rare.

i think the rs6 is all-around a bit more classy. rs6 + 6speed or DSG would be perfect.. but since its slushbox only, i'd go m5 if it were my money

I have an S4 and am a huge fan of audi, however, in the RS6 i sat in, i thought the interior was pretty shabby for 83k. my dad actually was going to pick it up but ended up gettin an 03 E55 AMG

Personally, I'd take a V70R over the Audi any day. No one would suspect that car.

Thing is, people still wouldnt suspect a car that has fairly poor performance for the price bracket (in the UK at least) that the R version is attempting to compete in.

Its a shame you guys in the USA dont get the Avant version of the RS6. It looks far better in my opinion, and makes it even more of a "Q-Car".
