all the more reason
Damn nigga no wonder I can't see shit.
I said heavy
doesn't look very conclusive considering "None had glaucoma"
I'm guilty of holding my breath sometimes when I deadlift
so I should lift at 4:20 now?
Nothing wrong with holding your breath during the first part
How I love the media
None had glaucoma; but the study, published in the September issue of Archives of Ophthalmology, found that eye pressure increased during the breath-holding done as part of the training.
Thank you Capt Obvious.
(Refering to Msnbc/study) Any nut with half a testicle in his head could've told you that lifting heavy post strain in your eyes, nerves, asshole, whatever...
fixed. if you aint seein stars when you come up, you ain't keepin your air
meaning the participants didn't have glaucoma prior to the testing.
I ussually hold my breath tell the lockout, and then I see stars then I drop the weight
It also pretty much says if you got constepation and you try very hard to shit u get the same thing
I don't even really smoke that often... but now that I can't drink, its good to know I can do something to not be sober
I can't understand how you make that much progress then
I take a smoke break after lifting every day. Seems I'm in the clear.
That's the exact same routine I have!
Genius minds think alike and workout alike.
