Out of the total calories you are eating ... what percentage is carbs?
between 20 and 25 usually

I don't understand why your calorie intake is so low? What is your BMR and how many calories do you burn a day?
no idea what my bmr is, but i probably burn a shit ton of calories, i play bball for ~2-3 hours a day
So you just randomly picked 2000 calories to take in? I bet you're buring close to 4500 a day.
nono, when i was a complete fatty i was eating probably around 4500 cals with not a whole lot of protein)
idk, 2000 doesnt seem too low, my body responds well to everything, im honestly not even that hungry during the day and i eat virtually all day long, but just little things
and you gotta realize, playing a pick up game for me is not really actual work, i rarely break a sweat before an hours worth of playing, and thats going at a full sprint
well alright. I'd be curious to see if you're able to lose fat while be able to preserve most of the lean muscle mass. 2000 just seems low for your height and weight. What's your BF?
im assuming around 12%
i was estimated at ~190 lbs lbm

i wish i could capture how fucking ripped my shoulders are, there are like 6 different muscles you can see distinct lines on and it looks so fucking cool its ridiculous
top 4 abs are completely visible with very little fat, i can move the skin and the abs stay there and everything is perfect, lower 2 still have a little pouch of skin covering them, chest is a little loose on the sides, but my nipples are like on the bottom of my pecs, its hard to explain.. im hoping this is just fucked up stubborn fat i picked up, not gyno or anything
