    Found this on a different forum..

    "After some searching, this looks like the inert tube from an old BTM 71A-3 TOW missile. It is marginally more dangerous than a tube for mailing posters."

    "Probably not. Look at the markings on the yellow (live round) stripe, which says 1A-3 which fits right in with the TOW's 71A-3 (Last variant of the "Basic TOW") nomenclature. Image below from the Army's Redstone Arsenal site. (This one is "B" variant though."
