Should I continue taking CEE? I didn't think I should, but decided I'd ask just to make sure. Also, on my off days during workout weeks I don't take my Animal Pak, just a regular multi-vitamin, should I also do that for this entire week? I am making sure to eat a shit ton of food, plus around 4 shakes a day. I started on Sunday @ 171 lbs, we shall see what I am at next Sunday.
