No, fat jacks the points up a huge amount, its not really based on calories.

Yes, because if he eats 1000 calories of fat it is going to be so much different than 1000 calories of carbs as far as weight loss goes. People that come up with these stupid diet programs should be strung up by their nipples.

my dad and sister have each lost 60+ pounds on weight watchers. im not saying it is a great program but it works for some people.

It is for health and muscle gain/retention reasons, but as far as energy, there is very little difference between the two.
i suggest contacting the NY columbia-presbyterian cardiology dept once incorporating these into your diet. they have one of the best teams in the country.
I read a similar article about one of their breakfasts that was equally horrendous.

I remember I bought some of those with the bbq chicken and ribs when I was bulking, soo good.
'Sports grill' doesn't translate to athlete food, it's made so that by the time you eat the entire meal, whatever sporting event you're watching is over.
