You can disregard the very last exercise, as I don't feel comfortable doing it, and the first week I started this I did do the lying rear delt raise, but the next I did it on the peck deck :dunno:

    So:
    Behind-the-neck military presses - 12, 10, 8, 6 Reps
Seated dumbbell presses - 3 Sets of 8 to 10 Reps
Side dumbbell laterals - 3 supersets of 10 to 12 Reps
Superset with - Front dumbbell raises
Lying rear delt dumbbell raise - 3 sets of 8 to 10 Reps
    or
    Behind-the-neck military presses - 12, 10, 8, 6 Reps
Seated dumbbell presses - 3 Sets of 8 to 10 Reps
Side dumbbell laterals - 3 supersets of 10 to 12 Reps
Superset with - Front dumbbell raises
Peck deck - 3 sets of 8 to 10 Reps

My shoulders routine is the same, plus throw in some traps exercises. I had the same problem. I'd work my shoulders out then the next day I would do chest and I couldn't lift shit, because my shoulders were so sore. After about a month it went away and 2 months later I've gained incredible mass and strength.
