I can't tell if the blue things are houses or what? and I can't tell how far that big circle is from the frame, way down on the ground or super close to the camera.

Looks kind of like a sift (like you would use to sift diamonds or gold or something)

Maybe it is supposed to have some meaning about taking advantage of poor nations and making them mine shit for us.

Whatever the meaning is the artist completely fucking failed to convey it.

looks like its taken from up top of a really high building looking on top of the blue rooftops of other buildings/tents? and that on top of the building the pic is taken from, there is a piece that juts out, and the circle thing is connected to that(and is closer to the camera than the piece its connected to that juts out of the building) and so that is really close, then blue tops, and then cars/ground.

looks to me like a snapshot of an antenna covered in chewed pieces of gum on a metal plank hanging off of a high building that overlooks a flea market or something

It's a upward pointing light with a protective screen, with bird shit and gum all fucking over it. It's not a composite, it's mounted on the slim gray arm...which is attached just below an observation point on this:

The blue tents are a market.
