    I think he would have realized , trying to unrack it, that he had no business with that amount of weight maybe?

    Free weight probably would have been worse.

    Either way, why would he even attempt to do it, it was obvious he couldn't even remotely handle the weight.

    you could totally tell that guy has never squatted a day in his life and probably thought he could do that because he can leg press a lot :mamoru:

    1) position of the bar way up on his neck
    2) no spotter
    3) gloves while squatting
    4) no one ever uses that much weight on a smith for a squat

    your option of tossing/dropping the weight increases greatly with free weights :hsugh:

    And if you're in a standard cage with spotter bars, what happened in the video stops about a foot higher than his chin hitting the floor. :wiggle:
