Yes, I know my chest is uneven and so are my arms. My back is sorry. More on that later. I haven't been working out for the past 2 years and just recently started back in September. I know i'm still a fat fuck. But i dropped from 196 in Sept down to 180. I'm 5'7 btw.

So back to my arms and chest. I am right handed and when I workout i'm overwhelmingly stronger on the right side. How can i be able to fix this and even out my pecs, biceps, triceps? My left arm feels like a weak fuck everytime i'm doing a workout. Do i do more reps on my left arm or more weight? Please help, i want to stop looking retarded. My shoulders seem even. And my goal is to look like this dude by summer hopefully :x: It's going to be a lot of work and good dieting.

If it takes you 2 to 3 years to look like that you're doing something wrong.

Are you using any supps to help you lose the fat faster?
Sesapure/Glucorell or a traditional fat burner like Thermorexin will make your cutting move faster.

Honestly you don't look that uneven to me? I mean your shoulders looked kinda jacked up but :dunno:

But if you are overwhelmingly stronger on your right side then try starting with your weaker side on the exercises you do and don't do more reps with your stronger side.

So if you only get 8 reps with your left side then don't go past 8 on your right side.

No, i'm not actually. I been trying HIIT for cardio, but i don't think i'm trying hard enough. I have flat feet and i smoke as well, so i struggle. My local gym has a built in track in the gym that i run on constantly. What would be best for losing the fat, running around the track or get up on an elliptical? Treadmills makes me feel nauseus and I get a headache after getting off it.

Do you mean jacked up as in looking weird? Or jacked up as in looking pretty good right there?

Alright i'll give ya what i would do

Dumbbells: Use dumbbells for a majority of your stuff - DB normal/incline bench press, DB bent over row, DB push/military press, DB lateral raises - just as some examples. For cables if your really concerned - one arm tricep extension, one arm lat pulldown - . Using dumbbells, along with proper technique, should give ya equal distribution along your muscles.

Heart rate: If you want to shed fat quicker do either one or both
    1) Simply burn 500 more calories than you eat (example: eat 2500 calories and burn 3000)
    2) Manage your heart rate. Get it to anywhere between 60%-70% of your max heart rate (equation is: 220 - (your age) = Max Heart Rate) and monitor your HR throughout your workout

Medium weight/High reps: Basically have medium weight and high reps, i'd go for about 12 reps per set.

Nice write up thanks. I think your DB technique would actually help. Maybe doing flat bench pressing/incline/decline i'm subjected to using my right side more to pump. Dumb bells are the way to go. Your workout seems like the path to take in order to get cut. Thanks alot cabbage.

I went from 214lbs to 168lbs earlier this year and I am 5'8".

This was taken in Jan 08
    [IMG]
    214lbs

    This in Aug 08
    [IMG]
    168lbs

It took me about 5 months to drop 45lbs and then I started to really hit the weights to try and put on some muscle. Now I am about the same weight but a lot leaner/more muscular. Too lazy to take pics though. Just trying to give a timeframe for you but I know it is different for everybody. Good luck!
