If I even get touched in the fucking head I get a headache for the entire fucking day. I got hit by a couple punches and kicks to the head, but all were mostly blocked, and still 6 hours later I have a headache. Makes me want to fucking murder this is such a bunch of bullshit. I've been hit 10 times harder and it never phases me in a fight, but afterwards always I get this fucking headache. I wanna smash my head through a wall right now.

Yeah its not a concussion, I've been hit to the head hard its never made me dizzy, nasueus, or anything else, but later on in the day I always develop a headache. I wasn't surprised to get a headache in boxing cause ethey would go all out over there, but here we are doing light sparring and it still shows up.

Its not that severe, but no matter how hard or light I get hit it always shows up, it just sucks to have a headache for several hours 3 times a week because someone tapped me.

Am I not getting enough water or something?

i used to as a beginner. now i never do :dunno:

part of it has to do with getting used to being hit and learning how to take a hit

This is encouraging. How long did it take for them to go stop showing up?

I kinda think it has something to do with dehydration or something, because sometimes I will get a light headache after jiu jitsu sparring as well.

this is worrying, i have heard rumors that it might be something with the fluid in your ears that create your sense of balance can also cause head aches. Maybe you should get it checked out just in case if you can afford it. If not just try drinking more water

I do. Maybe one shot ever connected cleanly, and it was light. My chin is always glued to my chest I have never taken a shot on the jaw.

Actually I do, but it's only if I get rocked a few times where it makes sense. In your case if you are just getting tapped and not eating big punches I'd probably get that checked out.

How long have you been sparring for?

Oh wait this was light sparring? like where you basically don't connect, but go like your going to? Okay I've never gotten a headache light sparring before. You could be dehydrated though I get mad headaches when I am.

This was my first time sparring MT, but did quite a bit back in boxing. The punches and kicks connected but were mostly blocked and were like 50% power or less. I am also starting to think its dehydration cause every once in a while I get a headache after Jiu jitsu as well. Gonna start bringing Gatorade bottles.
