    0. get some rice ready
    1. cook ground beef with onions
    2. cook a few eggs, sunny side up, before you take it off the skillet add some soy sauce to carmelize
    3. cook some peas
    4. scoop rice, place bround beef, peas, and eggs on plate
    5. top off with ketchup

    mmm so good :yum:...very AZN too. sound sgross, but tastes great!

    I never got the put ketchup on everything idea. I'd go with some hot sauce or something over ketchup.

    I don't know about salsa and peas, but I've never tried it, so I won't bash it. :)

    honestly, it sounds like fucking the nasty shit in the world.

    but it's REALLY good. i wold never put ketchup on a sunn side up egg, i MIGHT put it on scrambled eggs but my stomach feels funny just thinking about it. this combo is really good, the sunnier the egg the better it tastes. you dont have to add peas, it adds texture.

    in all honestly, it's really good.

    sounds good :yum: might give it a try. I do a similar thing where i cook lots of ground beef with young onions and then add a s-load of eggs while its cooking. It's really good with Katchup too.

    the key is to make sure you got yolk still, the runny egg + ketuch make a good texture :o

    dpends if you use white rice or not, how much oil you use to cook the egg, the type of beef :o

    Mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with a little bit of water and them it into the ground beef to make the content thicker. The key to any Asian dish is the cornstarch mixture.
